God where is that one story about the little girl who grows up in a village and visits a fairie ring all her life and is increasingly pushed away from it by her family bc they don't want her taken by the fairies like her mother, but she's already befriended/fallen in love with one

Its out on a sort of ledge north of the Twilight Sepulcher-

But its easy to get to if you go south from Knifepoint Ridge-
