Have you ever been afraid to go in the Kallura tag because you'll know there'll be at least 1 or 2 hate post that usually say the same thing 😞

Hey there!! I’m sorry it took me a bit to respond, the semester is ending here and things are a lil hectic, plus I wanted to gather my thoughts before answering.

The tag can be pretty … horrible to look at sometimes. I mean, I really don’t mind if someone has their own opinion toward a ship—in fact, I usually like reading different outlooks on characters and relationships—but it majorly sucks having to look at it all the time when trying to find content.

I guess what I’m saying is that it’s not the fact someone made the post that angers me, but the fact it shows up as if it’s what I’m looking for.

Of course, the posts can be rather nasty, too. And as you mentioned, they do tend to repeat the same things over and over.

But I try not to be afraid to go into the tag! At this point, I would say I’m not at all afraid to go into the tag. Because, honestly, that’s what these sorts of people want. Most of the time, the people behind such rude posts are attempting to belittle and, in a way, “convince” shippers that their ship is wrong or inferior.

So, the best way to shake the fear of it? Go into the tag! Like and reblog the positive posts! If you’re up for it, post your own content! And most importantly, try your best to ignore the not-so-nice posts. Nothing good can come out of provoking anyone—especially someone who isn’t going to listen anyway, no matter how levelheaded your argument is.

Of course, it’s not always that easy! Those posts can really bring you down, no doubt. Sometimes it’s best to just take a break from it all. If something really makes you upset or angry, try to step away and forget about it. Maybe rant to a good friend, or maybe try typing/writing out how you feel and then deleting/throwing it away.

If the tag is really, really troublesome for you, that’s okay, too—I try my best to reblog everything positive from the tag! (I occasionally miss some things, I’ll admit, so apologies in advance.)

I’m so sorry these posts have you feeling discouraged. Hopefully these posts will calm down after a while. And in the meantime, hopefully we can all contribute some Kallura content to buff up the tag. :) Remember that you don’t have to prove your ship to anyone. You don’t have to justify it, you don’t have to even have a solid reason to ship something. It’s all in good fun, and you should be able to like what you like—you do not owe anyone anything.

Found 'em. Fairymatsu my beloved... I don't know what the context (there doesn't seem to be a concrete story for these designs anyway, although maybe it's based on some japanese fairytale or something), is but this au is peak. I'm making so much bullshit up about it. For the sake of the bit, pretend Todomatsu is also a fairy.

But what if. Hear me out bard... you living your normal life when you start ro notice small things go missing like your writing pens and sewing pens, fabrics and even a stiffed animals and shoes. One day when youre cleaning you find all your missing things made and arranged in a lovely home, and thats when you find tiny fairy Matsu hiding from you. He's slow to approach, only the size of your hand and he can talk. Like a sort of thumbelina type au? But not entirely, just was thinking.

*slams fists on the table* FAIRY MATSUS ARE A GOOD.“Hey,” you say softly, slowly approaching the makeshift house, “Don’t be scared, I promise I won’t hurt you.” The tiny fairy pokes his head out from behind the book it hid, gauging your expression, “W-Who are you?” You stick a finger out and give him your name a soft smile on your face, “It’s nice to meet you…I guess we’re housemates now!” He tilts his head, but ultimately smiles, his tiny hands wrapping your finger to shake it. “Guess so. Sorry I borrowed your things, but I needed them for my house.” You laughed softly, “It’s quite alright. I don’t mind sharing at all, housemate!” It was cute the way the little fairy blushed.

Oh, i just noticed fairymatsu was on the list. They not only harass us antis, but they harass shaladins too. So I think it'd be cool to just call them a fandom menace or something. Theyd attack anyone
