Idk if this will help the anon at all. (I am in no way an expert so don't hold me to this 100%) but crying is a way to release a build up of emotional energy in your body and I think it's believed to give a biochemical benefit by releasing stress hormones and toxins from the body. Not sure if there is a link to why some people cry more other than some people are just more emotional/sensitive/temperamental than others :)
