Every meal doesn't have to be beautifully crafted or complicated , but they can be full of compassion and mindfulness . My food usually isn't pretty because I INHALE it in literally 2.5 seconds . Anyways just threw some quinoa, lentils , veggies, and avocado into a bowl . And of course LOTS of nutritional yeast (seriously the best thing ever ). Not pictured are some falafels .
