Pls i beg
i’m trying to do stretching-yoga-pilate on the morning ( so like 35 min to 1h) , going on a walk after so like 7-10k steps and i do 30-40 mins of strength training and 15-30 mins of jumping rope everyday idk how long it’s sustainable
wish i could go back to my honeymoon phase
work is what makes it hard to just fast for days
if i do it too much i see stars
