y'all heard of the Rise!AU...

now get your asses ready for...

the Fall!AU.

This AU is the sad love child of @transloujitsu 's Dadxum AU (btw go check them out! they're super nice and their aus are top notch!) and my Rise!AU (also Dawn I am s o sorry oof your au heavily inspired me!)

*Note: this AU (like my other ones) is essentially an oc au, where my characters play the parts of characters from the show (like imagine the show but with ocs hh). If you don't like stuff like this, please don't be disrespectful*

Instead of the girls having names, they have numbers. Their numbers were assigned by the order they were born (and stolen). Also, instead of being saved and raised by Camille, they were raised by Xeneba (due to a fatal "accident" that happened to Camille shortly after she got the girls)

Now you might be thinking, "hmm there's 2 3 and 4, where's 1?" Well, 1 died of an overdose. She had most of the experiments done on her, and she had most of the mutagens/toxins injected into her. So one day, her body just... gave out.

Does Xeneba miss her? Nope. In her eyes, she was just a weak test subject. Do the others miss her? Well yes, of course, but they're not allowed to express their emotions (2 and 3 have slipped multiple times, and they were punished for doing so).

Now the oldest sister of the bunch, 2 is a bit like her Rise!AU counterpart, but she's got some key differences. She's more snarky and violent, and she's mostly quiet and uptight (mostly due to her fear of being punished again). Xeneba's been training her and testing her in the intelligence field (like how fast can she rebuild something, or how fast can she solve a problem), and she does try her best (which usually isn't good enough for her mom). With all of the responsibilities of being the eldest and with all of the tests and shots, she's very insecure about herself and she's often seconds away from a mental breakdown. 2 finds her sisters to be more of an inconvinience than family, since they always run to her when they're in trouble and piss her off (there's some rare moments of happiness and love between the three, but there's more fights than hugs [so to speak]).

3 has been trained/tested in the speed/endurance field, meaning she's often being pushed to her limits (which makes her have breakdowns at the most inconvinient times). She's more rude and blunt than her Rise!AU counterpart, and she can make someone cry or get pissed with the blink of an eye. She sees the cut scars on her arms (and now legs) as trophies, reminders of the times she's stood up to her mom and reminders of when Xeneba couldn't find a comeback. When Xeneba threatens to punish her, she gives zero f_cks and in fact pressures her ("where are you gonna cut me? on my thigh?? please, it's not like it's gonna hurt"). 3 tolerates her younger sibling to a degree, but she absolutely "hates" 2. They often get into fights (both verbal and physical), but despite all of this, they actually "like" each other and they try to help each other whenever they can.

While the other have similarities to their Rise!AU counterparts, 4 is nothing at all like Rise!AU Ginny. She's extremely sensitive and pushy, and she craves love from literally everyone she meets, mostly from her mom. 1's death has literally made an impact on 4's life; since there's nobody to do strength tests, 4 has taken on that responsibility (along with her originally assigned espionage field [sneaking around, camouflage]). She misses 1 more than anything, and she often gets teary eyed when someone mentions her. 4 is very very clingy (more than Ginny), so she always latches herself to one of her older sisters. She loves 3 (and clings on to her the most), and as for 2... she's kind of scared of her. Her fights with 3 and her general mood makes 4 feel anxious, so she tries to steer clear from 2 (which upsets her, and makes her feel as though she isn't as good enough as 1).

The numbers (Xeneba's name for them. Affectionate, isn't she?) are often busy with being experimented on and getting shot up with new test batches, but when they do have free time, they often go out to downtown New York, to feel the warm breeze on their skin and to feel alive.

What does 2 wear under her hoodie?

A short sleeved black turtleneck dress!

She found it in a dumpster one night while exploring New York :O she doesn't want Xeneba to see her in it, so she wears her hoodie over it whenever she's around (which is most of the time)

I know this was sent in a while back, and I’m sorry for just doing it hhh I’m now motivated as f_cK and I’m in a “hnnnngh” mood (also *ANGST WARNING*)

Like I’ve said in the Fall!AU intro post, 2’s a lot like Rise!Sam. They’re both insecure,they are afraid of failure, and they both have PTSD. But for 2, when she breaks down, she doesn’t have a shoulder to cry on. She has to hide in the bathroom (or in her “room”) so that 3 won’t make fun of her for it and so that Mom won’t find her and scream at her (making it worse).

2’s had some close calls when it comes to her emotions, most of them consist of her breakdowns. The other times she’s almost been caught was when she felt.. happy. 4 showed her something funny one time, which made her laugh a little and smile. Little did she know, her mom was nearby. And she saw everything.

2 earned more bruises and track marks because of that slip up.

The numbers are used to getting punished by their mom (i.e by getting shot up with more sh_t, getting cut, getting smacked in the head) and they don’t really care about it. I mean they can’t really care about what happens, they have no say in anything that goes on at the lab.

However, when they go out to downtown New York and see all of the happy families, they can’t help but feel jealous. They barely remember happy moments in their past, and almost all of them involved either 1 or their other mom. They can’t remember much about their other mom, but from what they do remember, she was so sweet and caring, she would have been a perfect mother. She would have loved them.

But. They know that they should have never put too much hope into her. They know they shouldn’t miss her, because when she died, she left them alone.. with her. 4’s convinced herself that their other mom didn’t mean for all of this to happen and she tries to make her sisters understand, but they just blow her off. The numbers have all been told so much by their mom that their other mom killed herself and that she hated them, it’s engraved in their minds.

However, despite all of what their mom has told them about “that scummy b_tch” (her words), they all have a tiny shred of love left for her that can never be taken away. They remember her coming home and hugging/kissing all of them and they remember the fun times they had together. They remember her yelling at Mom about… something, but that part is a bit fuzzy in their minds.

Every now and then, they offer up the idea that if 1 was here, she'd tell them what she remembers about their other mom, and she could try to comfort them all. That brings their minds to peace, even though it's short-lived.

They miss their family.

Ever since I've seen the Steven Universe movie, I've given Samantha/2 a headcanon voice (:< I imagine that she sounds like Spinel from the movie!!
