i don't usually share my poetry stuff on here, but i'm lonely. tumblr seems to be the only community i have these days. i've been playing (on a very amateur scale) with digital collage/mixed media arts. text blocks which are not included in the work cited below are contributions of my original poetry.

i call this series: /the fall/
××
it is a four part story, overarching, all centered around and inspired by direct quotes taken from pablo neruda poems. i've dived into neruda the past few weeks in respects to hispanic & latinx heritage month. this series is dedicated primarily, to my hometown, how it feels to be well, stuck here again, or anywhere you watched die, or anywhere you watched kill you
but, i also cc: summer gardens under autumn moons, too late to still be green tomatoes, rusty wheels, anyone who has ever found a petal or bruise between book pages, or who adorns themself in bloody hope, whose head sounds with the low and inevitable rumble of some great wave, some great fall,
and as always, to the sentimental. i am with you.
and i'm sorry. for what you know about it. xo.
