Y'all know of any like.... Mini gardens I can make in my home?? Or good ideas for fall/winter dishes where the fruit/veggies are in season?

what’s in season kinda depends on where you live but for fall anything with squash - butternut squash soup (so many variations on that!), acorn squash baked with apples, bacon, onion, brown sugar, butter (mmmm my fav and it smells so good), spaghetti squash makes a lovely non-gluten spaghetti but it’s not as filling as non-wheat grain pastas since it’s not a grain and still a vegetable so make sure you have some bread of some sort on the side with it. 

followers - have yall made indoor mini gardens before? what do you recommend? what fall and winter dishes do you like to make with seasonal ingredients?
