Because of how people got swapped, Hazel for Pyrrha, Oscar for Penny, Jaune for Cinder, do the maiden power transfer to makes now? Or any gender? And if it is for males, is it called something different?

The Maiden powers in the RMEN AU are able to pass on to any gender.
Females are Maidens, males are Masters, and those of a different gender may choose what label they prefer out of the two.
This is how Vernal (swapped with Amber) is able to pass the Maiden power onto Jaune, who becomes the Fall Master, and how the Winter Maiden is able to pass the power onto the next Winter Master, Oscar.
