Hi! I know it so common question and I'm so sorry, but how you make these stars and where you buy that cool paper? They're brilliant)

I have a tutorial page here where I go through the whole process :3 It’s pretty image heavy, but I hope it helps.
As for the paper, I get it at Jo-Ann’s mostly (I work there so I’m at the store already, haha), but you can also get it at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or any craft store that sells scrapbook paper. You want anything except cardstock (it’s too thick), and once you feel the different papers you’ll be able to tell the difference.
