i recently reloaded my old ass (2017) save file and why the FUCK does Home Plate look like this???? this is from an UNMODDED save.

i think the blockade is my fav part of this build. or the government files shoved in the corner.

like i know Fallout Tactics is usually swept under the rug and isnt considered canon to lore due to conflicting lore bits, but to me this Phil is my #1.

thinkin bout fallout Phil here lately.

Though he started in the original Fallout, i think the medical trainee who cant shoot a gun but can take a missile to the face that is the Tactics version of Phil is my favorite. why? the game was horrid, just riddled with problems [but iirc the game had to be quickly pushed out?] but that weird fucker just has a good appeal to him. 

Hes good with talking and mechanical biz and is training to be a medic. Sure, the other Fallout vers of Phil ARE good w/ medicines, theres just something that i really love of Tactics Phil that the others dont seem to have. theres a charm to him.
