Creating a new origin myth for humanity is part of the deep states operation to create a new religion. They will do this through attempting to say that humanity began on mars, or that ancient aliens who built a colony on mars created humanity. The coming expedition to mars is supposed to reveal this shocking discovery.
According to this plan, these ancient alien gods are incredible technologists and colonizers having terraformed several planets in the galaxy before they came to the earth to 'seed' it.
This particular ideology is deeply connected to nazi esoterica and directly opposes humanities true origin, which is a spiritual origin, and has nothing to do with aliens, nor mars. This ideology also paints humanity's destiny as technologists and space colonists in the image of their alien gods.
They also claim that there are pyramids on mars, as well as a sphinx. Underground structures and evidence of a nuclear blast are also common in regard to mars. The reality is that if mars does have such structures, that does not mean that there was a civilization there. It is also possible that humanity was space faring in an earlier period, such as Atlantis, and created these constructions.
The real secret on the occult side behind this push is to bring forth the forces of Samael, the fallen of mars angel who is associated with satan and the fall of man.
