Myles Power is a lovely scientist that I follow, and right now he’s actively under attack from AIDS denialists, a group he’s criticizing, and rightfully so if you ask me. The “information” that these denialists are spreading can kill people.

Filing a false DMCA (copyright infringement) against something you disagree with is not only illegal , it’s a really dickish thing to do. It’s a weak act of suppressing information that you know you can’t fight. This is a guy who wants to teach people and help people, and right now he’s at risk of losing his youtube channel.

So go read his story, or listen to it. If you’re already a fan, mirror his videos. If you agree that AIDS is not only real but horrible, and advocate for its research and treatment, say so.
