Tilt Shift
I have an obsession with view cameras and the ability to alter the relationship between the focal and lens planes (tilt/shift/swing). So since the impracticality and expense of an actual view camera became apparent to me, I bought an 85mm Nikkor PC-E lens. It doesn't get a huge amount of use for portraits, but here and there it can be amazing for selective focus and creating 'false miniatures'. I love to create dreamlike images, and this lens certainly helps achieve that.
