COD Fic Idea (Falsely Accused/Traitor!Reader)

Was discussing another take on the Falsely Accused/Traitor!Reader idea with @hyperfixiation-station and the thought occurred to me-

What if Reader went completely batshit insane after what happened?

Like think about it. Not just the physical and psychological torture they went through-but the fact that it was at the hands of people they TRUSTED, LOVED. People that they fully considered their family and, before it DID happen, were absolutely confident that their team, their family, would NEVER hurt them.

(But then they did)

The DMs are filled with this idea and I have too many WIPs but this just got added into it. Also, using Female!Reader here.

It's pretty Angsty, brutal, heartbreaking, and no one is winning here and Reader slowly becomes the villain and the monster she used to fight against and the thing is?

She KNOWS it.

She KNOWS her own pain and suffering doesn't justify or excuse the atrocities she's committing. She KNOWS it won't wash away her own grief and fury. She KNOWS she's destroying the lives of innocent people who have done nothing wrong.

But here is the thing.

She doesn't care anymore.

Because what did fighting the good fight get her?

If everyone she ever loved and who loved her (or thought they did anyway) wanted to her to be the traitor, the villain, the rat, the monster.

Then, she might as well embrace the role.

COD/PJO Fic IDEA (Blue Series)

Warnings: Torture, betrayal, falsely accused!reader, harm to a pregnant person, violence, general demigod brutality, discussion of miscarriage, etc.

John 'Soap' Mactavish x Female!Reader.

Special thanks to @jupitersmoon167 for helping me with this entirety of this Angst filled storyline and series. Heavily inspired by other COD Falsely Accused!Reader fics such as @v1x3n ongoing Ripped Apart series, and @dawnwriterimagines with Traitors Among Us series. Both are absolutely incredible (though you will cry) and I'd definitely recommend both fics!

Now to the overall plot line of the Blue series focusing on the Main Story (‘mother is the name for god (on the lips and hearts of all children)’.

Series Info/Planned Drabbles

Essentially, the story takes place 15-16 years after the TF141 betray and torture one of their own due to false intel. Torture someone who would've died for them, destroyed someone who really did love them and saw them as family, for *months*.

'Blue', is a demigod and the child of Falsely Accused!Reader, and is a demigod of Nemesis.

She had a fucked up childhood, Falsely Accused!Reader (calling her 'Rook') was a woman Traumatized to hell and back and wore betrayal and pain and suffering and REVENGE like a cloak.

They destroyed this woman. Their friend.

After it happens, after everything, the military, her career, her life, was no longer in her future, not with the injuries they gave her, both physical and not.

She disappears. A deeply traumatized falsely accused!reader with NO support system just disappearing after everything.

Angsty in that Soap and her were involved and he and the rest (her family) *hurt her*.

Then it's 15 or 16 years later. The older TF141, Price is now a Major, Soap a Captain, Gas promoted as well, fuck all knows what Ghost is doing but he's there as well.

Laswell and her wife are assassinated. Things are going to shit all around. Half of the world is on fire.

And in the middle of it all, there's this young girl, wearing the face of the woman they destroyed, but with the most familiar, brilliant blue eyes.

(Rook was unknowingly pregnant before and during her torture at the hand of the 141. The Fates were gonna have this kid one way or another and somehow reader didn't miscarry and The Mist helped with the rest once the truth was revealed and she was treated for her injuries.

Then, after leaving sometime later came Nemesis, who added in her divine self to the equation. So Blue has two mortal parents and one godly parent via Nemesis.

It's also CANON that Nemesis tends to take initially on the appearance of whoever the observer wants revenge on the most, so do what you will with that knowledge.)
