I definitely stole this from my 1stSgt. I needed to see this today.. ・・・ I usually am a very upbeat person and the reason is that I don't let toxic and manipulative people into my life anymore. Once I figured out how to spot people like that, I cut them out. It's not to be a dick or an ass but because I deserve to be the best version of myself for all those I care about. Toxic and manipulative people will always find fault in all that you do, blame you for their own faults/shortcomings and when done with you just throw you away like a shitty diaper!
