I missed International Women's Day!
But really, are there women out there in a celebratory mood right now under this Trump sh*tshow?
I'm a business woman.
I'm an autistic woman.
I'm a middle-aged woman.
A clinically depressed woman.
An EXHAUSTED woman.
A woman stressing about what the future holds in a world where my rights are under attack & my ability to stay self employed is on much shakier ground than it was a year or two ago.
So, forgive me if it doesn't feel like a celebration. But I realized I never yet posted the photos that Jordan Price took of me last summer, during a moment I realized I missed wearing fairy wings & actually felt like taking some quick fairy photos at the park & thought I'd share, grey hairs and all! I had been in such a depressive slump, not feeling very confident, but I was actually okay with how I looked in them.
There are quite a few more that I need to do some light editing to, but this giant tree stump amused me as it made me look more fairy sized.
Here's to all the women out there, especially us neurospicy ones, trying to beat the odds & carve a path out for ourselves in this chaotic life!
