I can see why the content has been dry lately. We got one Dodger picture with a blurry background and that’s it. I’m surprised people didn’t find his rental house with that blurry background, given how psycho this fandom has become./I love content from him but I think its better this way than another psychotic spell from crazy stalkers and psychos out there.

To be fair, some parts of his fandom have always been this crazy. They got louder through the years, but it's always been this stalker-ish and dumb.

Gotta say this year was way worse because these people also got exterior trolling that encouraged their shit. But during Londongate similar stuff happened (tracking flights, followers, likes, checking backgrounds, finding hotel rooms and locations) and he kept posting stuff as if nothing happened.

2021 was a chill year (in general) and we were dry af content wise (even more than now) because he was working/didn't feel like posting anything.

So even if it's annoying, I don't think fans will stop him from posting whatever he wants to post 🤷‍♀️ He's never been a social media type of guy, and he isn't 24/7 online. He can be active for a few days/weeks and then totally disappear for weeks/months. He's always been like this, and it wasn't because of fans.

It's true: people will look for any excuse to hate Tom. It's exhausting.

Boy don’t I know it? lol... The crazy thing is that it’s actually gotten better to some degree. When I first started posting and engaging in this fandom a little over two years ago I would get hate anons, my creative pieces would get hijacked, and all sorts of nastiness was left on my blog just because I am a fan of Tom’s character and of Keen2. I had one reviewer over on FFN tell me that they hoped that someday I find myself in an abusive relationship because I write for my OTP and I’ve had anons tell me that the only way I could possibly ship Keen2 is because I’ve got a thing for Tom Keen’s abs. I kid you not. That’s not just hyperbole coming out of the Keen2 side of the fandom.  People have quite literally dropped into my inbox to inform me of this. 

I don’t know if I’ve just blocked all the right people in this fandom or what, but that’s died down over time, so I do have to give kudos for that. I think more positive voices have become louder over the last couple of years and that’s helped to drown out some of the nastier bloggers that go out of their way to harass people that don’t believe exactly as they do. It still goes on, but there’s a really good group scattered through all the ships that are willing to go to bat to defend those that are getting harassed, and it’s a really awesome thing that’s happened. The best and the worst, I suppose, but the best parts make it worth it.

All I can do on my end is write my posts and enjoy what I enjoy. Hopefully it’ll provide a different perspective to those that wish to take a look at it and some encouragement for those in the fandom that feel drowned out by the negativity. Here’s hoping, right?

Finished ADWD again.

Thinking about all the “pink letter” theories I have seen since this was published. At the time, I don’t think I questioned that Ramsay wrote the letter. But on the reread, Stannis is telling his knights they might hear that he is dead and Melisandre tells Jon to “look to the sky” (for the raven). So that seems like foreshadowing to me.

I have seen a lot in the fandom say Stannis wouldn’t use trickery like that … but do we know that for sure? Mel def uses trickery and we are not in Stannis’ head to know if he suspects the sword is glamoured or knew about Mance or any of the other lies Melisandre has told. And I think he’d have to be pretty stupid to never question any of it.

And Stannis could have told Mel what he knows—via raven—after having captured Theon, and she could’ve added the stuff about Mance? Maybe?

There’s also about seven days between the battle (that we haven’t seen but has happened) and the letter arriving at the Wall. Why fight about who knows about “Reek” and Mance at the time of the battle? Because there is a week of story between Asha’s last chapter and Jon getting stabbed. Stuff… probably happened? A lot of people could’ve learned new things. So… idk you guys, the story has to play out.

My one gut feeling is that I don’t think Bran sent it from his tree. (Which is something I have seen suggested.)
