Not the original anon but on the culers yelling at players thing… there’s a video going around on twitter where a girl yelled at mapi after a corner (“puta mierda de centro mapi” is what I hear) and she seems to hear it and looks affected by the words.
It’s seems to be an isolated incident but people need to stop being assholes. In what world insulting our players to the point they get distracted by it would help the team?

okay, i see. yes, it seems to be a heckler in the crowd cursing at mapi ("puta mierda que has hecho, mapi" or something like that) after she took a poor corner kick, and then the heckler laughs about it.
obviously this is the type of shit we see in men's football (this year especially) that has become more commonplace in women's football. personally, i don't like it and there's a way to criticise the team, without directly cursing at individual players. you know that i am not a mapi fan but i would never do something like this from the stands. it's crass and pointless.

this is really one of my pet peeves. a player signs something in a giveaway, like alexia did for vodafone, and then the recipient immediately puts it up for sale?!

Can you give a clip or example Pina and Alexia starting together and making an impact on a game against a top team? Because the first major game they played together as starters was in Lisbon. The other major game was this season Chelsea game.
Pina and Alexia out of possesion work is minimal at best. Pina does not press or help in defense in counter attacks. Ale can’t recover balls in midfield. Both can’t win duels.
Pina best quality is shooting outside the box which happens when defenders are tired and she can have space.
Ale needs a winger able to run to get her excellent long passes to the box and take the defensive duties she no longer is able to do like tracking back and help esmee shut down the left band when esmee is too far away.
It is not that they cannot play together is that they play best in a certain context aka not when teams have fresh leg and not under Pere’s fluid system where players have free roles to move in any position which make it hard to recover against vertical teams who have the firepower for quick counter on turnovers

first, no one said that these players should lock their children away forever and never bring them into the public. that's ridiculous. and of course, these players will bring their children to matches. but key distinction: barça fans and team photographers know not to take pictures of mateo's face and plaster it all over the internet. they respect irene and lucía's choices and we should continue too.
second, lucía literally was covering up half mateo's face in the picture of when he was born, and then both her and irene have gone to great lengths to never show him.
but if you think both of those examples are the same as using your child's image for ad money and commercials and showing him off without his consent, then either you are completely stupid or you are being purposefully ignorant because someone is criticising your favs.
we have talked ad nauseam on my blog about the dangers of mommy bloggers and influencers, and there are documentaries on netflix that i will point you too, if you are too ignorant to know how to read. so educate yourself instead of trying for gotcha posts on tumblr, which frankly, show how pathetic you are.
