We haven't been posting much lately and we apologize for that. We're gonna be moving soon, and it'll take a while to get the tank moved and set up again. So for now, we're officially going on a hiatus for a little while. :P

Vacation~
So Vader and I are going on vacation and leaving our precious little Fandom Fishies in their tanks for a WHOLE WEEK.
AHHH.
We've been experimenting for the past two weeks, trying to make sure they'll be all good before we leave. So, here's to hoping none of them decide to
A) Eat each other
B) Have babies
C) All die at the same time

Last night Kili had about 20 babies and this morning they are all gone. Kili and Fili ate them all ahahahahahaha.
Thranduil had more babies. Only 15 this time. And I remembered to take a pic before we fed them to the barbs! Samwise is that little balloon, who is pregs lol.
And then Fili had his second batch of babies.
The most funny thing is that they are all different colors: completely black, dalmatian like their mother and then black and gold. Only two were dead this time and there were 20+ babies.
After getting rid of 20 of them, we looked back and saw about 20 more left. But later as we were catching Bifur, who is now pregnant again, we looked and found that there's only like... 5 or so left!! Maybe their uncle and Lord Thranduil got hungry...
BABIES~
So Bifur decided he doesn't like the net breeder thing and had his babies sometime in the last 12ish hours. Or, we think he had his babies since he looks a bit smaller, but there ARE three other females in there with him, haha!
Either way, there were about 15-20 babies, about 1/3 were dead however! :( Someone didn't take care of their babies... >_> We both don't think Bifur wanted to be pregnant...
Well, now it's over and we have one less pregnant fish! For now...

I think there are somewhere between 25-35 in all?
Every single one was completely black, so it's safe to assume that Elrond was indeed the father lol

EDIT: after counting all the babies that we fed to the barbs and leaving four uneaten, it seems that Thranduil had 43 in all! jeeze, lol

It's funny cause we've been waiting the past couple days for thranduil to drop dem babies and then tonight after I stuck Elrond in there too Thranduil's like OKAY BABIES GET OUT RIGHT NOW
