When one of the Genshin Impact voice actors turned out to be a creep towards real life minors, there are people have the nerve to say, “derhur, that what happen when an anime game has lolis, the game has pedophilic elements in it.” Tell me that you care more about a video game character over real victims without saying that you care more about a video game character over real victims.
This is gonna be hard for antis to believe, but when you mostly focus on taboos in fiction rather than actual crimes or blame fiction for the actions of a criminal, you’re basically doing a disservice to real life victims by basically equating their pain and suffering to fiction. There is a reason why people get mad when you compare fiction to someone’s actual suffering.
