Fandom secret: I’ve only actually ever been to Nando’s once, and suggesting to my gf that we go for a cheeky Nando’s after we’ve just eaten a very filling meal has become a common joke for me

Also that one Nando’s visit wasn’t so much “cheeky” as “confused”.  You go up and order your food at a bar and they bring it to you, like at a pub.  It’s thoroughly weird.  Moderately tasty chicken though.

Saw this on fandom secrets. I guess it's maybe unproductive to share something negative but it's relative to our interests and makes me kinda sad. Yeah, Darcy is the fandom bicycle but that doesn't mean she sucks or lacks personality or character. And I've never really understood hating on certain pairings. Like, there's a ton of MCU fic, especially of Steve and Bucky. Why shit on those of us that like to throw Darcy in the mix? We're a comparatively small corner of the fandom. There's room for all of us.
