Hearing my 6 month old sister giggling away. (She finds our dog highly hilarious, it’s adorable!)

When someone says that they were thinking of you/something reminded them of you - for sake of argument, my friend just sent a photo of a field of sunflowers along to me and said that they reminded her of me. And another friend just said that these cute cottages she saw on her way to Norwich reminded her of me!

Waking up to a coffee in the morning. Hearing the sound of my mum or dad putting the kettle on, the coffee being ground, and then being poured is a great way to start the day. I also love hearing the wind rustling through the tree that’s in my next-door neighbours’ garden and the birds that are perched on the branches of that tree tweeting ‘good morning’.

Seeing bees pollinating from the flowers I grow.

That my bedroom faces the west, thus I can watch the sunset every night.

I loved the first three books in The Mortal Instruments but I struggled with City of Fallen Angels and then couldn’t go further than that.

2. A popular book or series that everone else seems to hate but you love. 

Oh this is hard um... Babysitter Club Books? lol although that is going back about 15-20 years ago

3. A love triangle where the main character ended up with the person you did NOT want them to end up with (warn people for spoilers) OR an OTP that you don’t like.

So I read both books back to back and I was always a little meh about Peter. But then John McClaren came along and he was PERFECT. I knew she would get back with Peter so everytime he got more perfect I’d start yelling internally at Lara Jean.

4. A popular book genre that you hardly reach for.

Zombies, I’m hardcore Team Unicorn

5. A popular or beloved character that you do not like. 

I don’t know if people love Puge from Looking For Alaska but I vehemently hate him.

6. A popular author that you can’t seem to get into. 

Nevil Gaimen, I should really try again though because lots of my friends are really into him.

7. A popular book trope that you’re tired of seeing. (examples “lost princess”, corrupt ruler, love triangles, etc.

Game of Thrones, I get bored during the show so don’t have a lot of interest in the books.

Dexter up until season five. I dabbled in the books but didn’t make it through much of the second book.
