Pamela Isley/Poison Ivy:
1. Poison Ivy by The Coasters
She's pretty as a daisy. But look out man she's crazy. She'll really do you in. If you let her get under your skin
Clearly, if Ivy had a theme song this would be it. No only does it sum up her as a whole, but it’s fun and upbeat while Pamela may be shy and reserved Ivy is certainly not
2. Dream a Little Dream of Me by Doris Day
Stars shining bright above you. Night breezes seem to whisper "I love you" Birds singing in a sycamore tree Dream a little dream of me
Ivy just like Pamela craves to have that someone. Though she has replaced “one” by her plants the feeling is still very much there. This song also, mimics quite literally the effect her toxic have with its lulling nature.
3. Man in the Mirror By Michael Jackson
I’m starting with the man in the mirror. I’m asking him to change his ways. And no message could have been any clearer. If you wanna make the world a better place. Take a look, and make a change.
This one is more geared toward Ivy’s eco-terrorist side. She sees herself as the front line for the new order where plant-life thrives. What better way than be an example?
4. Toxic by District 78 ft. Chessa originally Performed by Britney Spears
Taste of your lips. I’m on a ride. You’re toxic I’m slippin’ under. With the taste of a poison paradise
This one is pretty self-explanatory, but toxic would be a shame to leave off of a fan mix. From the way the song holds itself to the descriptions, it’s Ivy all the way.
5. Maneater by Nelly Furtado
She’s a maneater make you work hard. Make you spend hard. Make you want all of her love
Man--while not just the male population--seems to be the top of Ivy’s hit list. She manipulates and controls people to meet her endgame.
6. No by Meghan Trainer
Thank you in advance. I don’t wanna dance. I don’t need your hands all over me. If I want a man. Then imma get man. But it’s not my priority
Independent to the core, Ivy has no problem teasing and declining anyone. She doesn’t need a man to direct orders, clearly, and is capable of doing her things. If anything No stands as a power anthem for Ivy.
7. Mating Game by Bitter: Sweet
Hold me close enough to drink my rose. The devil in my pocket turn to go. Sorry if you want it. You’re in a daze. Tonight, I love you But tomorrow go away. Step right up. You’re the next contestant in this sweet charade. Take a number. Wait while I twist your fate
A testament to the alluring power Ivy seems to have over males. She easily sways them to her will. The style of the song also is extremely Ivy.
8.Madhouse by Little Mix
Running From the madhouse. They won’t take me back. Got the medication to give me what I need. I’m burning up. But the music is my drive. Doesn’t matter if I shout or if I scream. They’re coming for me.
Ivy might not be the looniest loon in the pen, she hates going back to Arkham and yet somehow she always ends up going back
9. Landscape by Florence + The Machine
She wants the silence but fears the solitude. She wants to be alone and together with you. So she ran to the lighthouse, hoped that it would help her see. She saw that the lighthouse had been washed out to sea. Cause she's just like the weather, can't hold her together Born from dark water, daughter of the rain and snow
Ivy’s unique personality creates a lot of backwash in certain stances. While she certainly feels as a protector for the world, part of Mother Nature incarnated, she’s a force to be reckoned with. Even then the further she moves to above humanity trivial aspects, the more she wants them.
10. Why Don’t You Do Right by Jessica Rabbit originally performed by Peggy Lee
If you ain't got not money. They’ll put you out. Why Don’t you do right?Like some other man do? Get out of here. Get me some money too
Ivy is raw and sexual. Just like this song when sung by either Peggy lee or Jessica Rabbit. It could even go so far as to be something that runs through her head while she’s doing what Ivy does best.
11. Plant Life by Owl City
I’ve been longing for daisies to crash through the floor. I wish plant life would grow all around me so I don’t feel dead anymore. So I don’t feel dead anymore.
Ivy’s babies, her plants are her life. They were there when no one else was. While she feels she’s their protector and their savior, Ivy feels love for them like she can’t feel for others.
