okay so i reallY REALLY like the idea that 219 is a personification of the plague (however unintentional it was lau gh s)
so like
im thinkin now (as my personal headcanon) that he hides all this nasty plague boil shit under his mask bc there needed to be something there to represent the illness itself

Did you know the reason why the mask of plague doctors had that beak thing was so they could stuff herbs and stuff inside to breathe in when they wore the mask because they though plague was transmitted by miasma (bad air)
Does that mean 219 could be smoking weed through that
