My name is Mikey and I identify as Genderqueer. Before identifying as Genderqueer I used the term fangirl to describe myself in terms of fandom relations. (because I belong to soooooo many fandoms.) but, over the past year I've come to hate that association as I don't identify as female or a girl. So, I have decided to use the term fanqueer. I am a queer person who is a hugeeeee fan of everything they watch, read, or listen to. I wanted to put this term out there for those that may be feeling the same way. Feel free to use it!

No one undersyands how much I am freaking out right now bc I could meet her and talk about music and queer things.

Like you people dont understand. She is like a matron for me. She unites me with thoughts of my brother, whom we shared a love and appreciation for her music. She is queer and gets queer things. And her politic, man. It all just fits my soul so bc completely. Ive been in a rough spot lately and I just need this. I dont have words. But Im just lying awake in bed trying to calm down and not fanqueer this entire night away.
