Ibria is a large, desert region with spaced out towns and cities and filled with many, many odd yet horrifying creatures. The big cities are filled with Arabic and middle-eastern architecture, with people covered in silk and velvet robes roaming its streets.
Ibrian people are born with naturally dark, silky hair, and beautiful dark skin. Their facial features are soft, and their eyes are commonly bright, surprisingly. Ibrians travel on giant lizards, camels, or even odder creatures never heard of.
One of Ibria’s famously known cities is Adira, a disclosed city for only women. Women can either visit or live in Adira, it’s kind of like a stop-in town- travellers can stop by and sell and trade their items, and leave.
In Adira, they have a separate religion (it’s more-so a cult honestly) from the rest of Ibria- The Feminine Eye. They worship a Goddess, whom they believe created the world.
The Goddess Cyril, first created women, and accidentally created men. Obviously, they believe women are superior to men, since the Goddess is a woman, and that they were created first. They believe Cyril has many eyes, thus they decorate their clothing with eyes. They believed she also didn’t have a mouth (speak no evil), thus they cover their mouths with cloth with intricate designs. The more eyes a woman wears in the village, the more powerful they are.
Aside from the eye thing, they also believe Cyril had pure white hair, whiter than the clouds in the sky. Thus, they view being born with white hair as a blessing and a sign of royalty (this will be shown with one of the characters, Dabї, who ironically comes from Adria).
Entiligand is a small, rainy country close to Estrasal- in fact, it’s a few 100,000 miles to the east. The further you get from the center of Entiligand, which is where its capital is, the more and more rural the country becomes. What once was miles upon miles of buildings and cobble roads, is now spaced out barns, fields upon fields of agriculture, and muddy dirt roads with horse prints faintly embedded into the road itself.
Entiligand has settled down from its pirating and tyrannical days. What once was the most powerful country, with a terrifyingly strong grip on almost the entire world, is now a settled down, peaceful yet bumbling, country. Most of Entiligand’s residents are mythical creatures, such as Dullahans, Centaurs, Satyrs, Harpies, Sirens, et cetera. People would call it the “Monster Realm”, or the “Origin of Monsters”.
Humans mainly come by to trade or to visit friends, but never stay. The place is quite dreary at times, since it rains all the time there, and they would rather be someplace warm, like Ibria or Estrasal itself! Basically, Entilligand is a very calm, quiet, and sleepy country, with sleepy little towns and kind, sleepy little monsters.
