had a thought earlier abt birth denial that causes multiples. like. if someone is going into labor, and they are successfully fully denied and reversed... the baby number goes up by one.

every time someones labor manages to be abated, they get another baby in there. and between the number of babies increasing, and the previous stress... labor starts coming on quicker and is more difficult to reverse. it does take some time for a baby to catch up in growth and settle, but very long.

most ppl wont be able to handle more than one labor reversal, partly bc their water will break. but also bc it just gets too intense very quickly. maaaybe two reversals if theyre lucky.

but? if someone is talented enough and has enough access to medically reverse the labor *repeatedly?*

ohhh boy... that person is swelling up with more and more babies and they dont know if they can handle it. someone with quintuplets and begging to be allowed to FINALLY give birth, but no, the medication is kicking in and theyre moaning and whining as they feel a sixth baby begin to grow...

Ugh, all this fantasy preg talk reminds me of pregnant centaurs. Can you imagine that? That’s literal perfection for pregnant kinkers lmfao, two huge, swollen, gravid bellies weighing down this poor centaur, forcing them to waddle, wheezing and gasping all the time. If they have a human companion who rides them occasionally, it’d certainly be impossible to get the saddle on around their poor, heavy gut, not that they’d even be physically able to gallop anyway. Ugh, i love the idea

The poor centaur got pregnant in both wombs, but I think it'd be neat if they had a human womb and a centaur womb, so they could have both human AND centaur babies.

They feel so much smaller jabs compared to the hooves that glide and thud against their lower womb, but the skin is no less tighter. They can't help but moan and hold their front belly and they can't do anything about the one in their horse half, unable to get that one to settle.

Their partner tried to get a saddle on them, but it was no use. They ride anyway, bareback (not the position that got them there) and feeling their foal writhe at the pressure of their legs on top. The centaur can only move slowly, lest they cause the foal to squirm the bouncing causes the human child to wriggle and thump against their poor top womb, and rubbing it soon becomes too overstimulating.

"Aw, already need a break?" Their human partner teases when they hop off, giving a hearty pat to their flank and causing their foal to press out in response. All they can do is moan in response.
