Is Lum from the fantasy strike universe furrybait?

I, Hazel, being a red panda, have a bit of a feud against those called giant pandas. I think they shouldn’t bear the title and often times an attempt of making them more anthropomorphic makes them lose that sense of cuteness they tend to have. They also stole the name and make those unaware of the true panda associate some black and white non-bear. I also asked my server what they think and they said that his pun name is disqualifying. I think the whole of him is a bit disqualifying, but I’ll listen to reason. He is an anthro character and seems to understand humanity pretty well. Not that it matters much to the ruling, but he doesn’t have sex appeal. His name is definitely there to create some sort of lasting impact so I’ll give him that. Yeah I guess he’s furrybait but i say that begrudgingly.
