Rin's characterization is pretty bad too most often then not. It's so difficult to find a fic with both of them ic...i feel like a lot of writers only focus on one aspect of their personality, failing to grasp the respective character's complexity.

Haha I just gave up in searching for IC Rin fics. At first I asked people I followed for reccomendations but even then I got picky and to find a fic that satisfies me with how they are both written is a miracle. (I have very much unpopular opinions when it comes to this pairing, what the characters have and have not etc.)

But in that post I was marvelling about Haruka's "I don't like Yamazaki as your boyfriend, Makoto" because finding sm with side rh is not a problem but reading Haruka as being protective of Makoto because Yamazaki might hurt him is just... wierd. Not good.

(The Haruka and Sousuke interaction is not easy to nail I think but if you read some fics in a row where Haruka is mothering Makoto about relationships you kinda get tired.)

Izaya - for the character thing

character: hate them | don’t really care | like them | LOVE them | THEY ARE MY PRECIOUS (it is a story of a twisted love because this is Izaya)

general opinions: He is an enigma to me. A very complex character, sadly simplified in fics. I think I liked him very much, but then I realized that he is the asshole that literally fucks with people’s lives. I was in denial of ever liking him ever, but tell that to my black jacket with a fur trimmed hood that is not at all inspired by his clothing what are you talking about, I wasn’t cosplaying him ever nope. Also that other black raincoat that I often use in the summer with that sweater that also has fur trimmed hood… not at all bought in january 2011 when I had the biggest obsession with Durarara… what are you talking about. also I might be laughing maniacally while going round and round on a swivel chair even today but you might never know that.

thank you for making that post about mh and tokyo! I hope every rh shipper sees it and not let themselves by dragged into mh fandom's delusions. Your analyzing is completely logical and makes perfect sense from an objective point of view, no shipping goggles needed.

Well MHs are free to have whatever headcanons they want about Haru and Makoto in Tokyo (ship what you want!) but I don't think that should bring any Harurin shippers down (we ship what we want!).

Haruka is going to have plenty of chances to see Rin (as we saw in the last one minute of the last episode) and I think now, after everything they went through in Season 1, and especially after Australia, they're closer than ever.

I'm loving all the art and headcanons I've been seeing about Harurin skype chats and Harurin sharing a hotel room when they go to competitions, and choosing which competitions to go to together (when they're able to choose, of course). I have a lot of fanfic ideas also, and when I get time I'm planning to write! :D Keep all the arts and headcanons and fiction coming!! Our ship has limitless possibilities with what we've been given! :D

They basically made every ship canon in some way.but yeah…its still obvious for anyone who wants to see which one is supposed to be romantic

tbh I wouldn't say that. I literally didn't feel anything apart from nagisa crying I was like "no my child don't cry" but apart from that...nothing made me thrilled like last ep. Again it's certainly because Rin is my fav and that he wasn't a lot in this episode, as I predicted but, anyway...it was just too rushed and without a good pacing. It's was a mess between all the issues they had to finished and it was just too rushed without any time references...anyway. I need subs. I need feels and I didn't get any. Maybe I'll have some with subs.

38: The reason I joined Tumblr

I was on this Dutch fan fiction site and some people on there had tumblr. So I checked it out, I decided I didn't understand it at all but that the pictures were all very pretty. So I joined for the Harry Potter graphics (:

Yup, lots of times. I live in Belgium, so it's easy to go to other countries from where I live. 4 hours drive to Paris, 4 hours to Köln, 3 hours or sth to Amsterdam and 3 hours or sth by train to London. Living in Belgium is amazing (:
