A few highlights of my FantasyCon experience:
- Going to Simon Pegg's panel. He was so hilarious and I just loved hearing him talk about his work and laugh at himself. I have even more respect for him now, as an actor and as a person in general. - MEETING SIMON PEGG. He was the main reason I wanted to go to this con. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd get to meet him, in UTAH of all places. He was so kind and down to earth. Even though I only had a 15 second conversation with him, it's something I'll never forget. - Meeting Mark Sheppard!! I never thought I'd get to meet him either! I didn't talk as long with him because I forgot what I was going to say to him, but he was also really kind. - The first thing Simon said to me was "what a lovely name" and Mark complimented my name too. - Right before I left Mark said "thank you darling" and I died.
Final day of FantasyCon! If you wanna come say hi, just look for the hobbit sized Cecil with the purple eyes!
In five minutes I could've been at Mark Shepard's panel, fangirling alongside my brother. And then after that we would've taken a picture next to the friggin King of Hell. Life sucks today.
