Fantine would probably ship Les Amis with whomever made them happiest. Although she would secretly ship Enjolras and Grantaire, just because she knows how happy it would make Grantaire. Also the way he always looks at him would just break her heart.
She would also not so secretly ship Eponine with Combeferre. She could see that he would lavish her with the kindness and attention she craves and deserves whilst she would be able to bring him out of his shell and help him enjoy life outside of books and revolution - she would be constantly hinting at getting them hooked up to Cosette since she is closer to both of them and Fantine would be unsure how to motivate them to just get together already!
And of course she would adore seeing Marius with Cosette...Their love would make her so happy... In shipping terms they are her otp :D
