i feel INSANE.
i decided to make a brand new dictionary, the previous one is English-Farlandic and i use it to write down new words, and this one is Russian-Farlandic, includes all three variants of writing, and IPA transcription (kinda wacky i can do better i'm just kinda lazy to do more research and i skipped theoretical phonetics course at the uni), and i add words there only if the corresponding topic is complete
I WISH I COULD JUST STAY HOME FOREVER AND DO THIS
learning new farlandic words with luka's help.
some kind of sigils.
im not really active cuz im busy with university. but i still doodle occasionally and keep working on the language.
i redesigned olkhon script a little, made it look more refined and round. i think it's cool. also i play with characters a little, as you can see. there's something fun about scribbling mindlessly.
farlandic (endonym: nuimik pikimut) has three ways of writing:
1) romanized (upper one) — words are written with latin letters and with latin punctuation, duh.
2) pikatsaor miruhiyimut (lower one) — abugida-type writing system (just like in inuit languages), used by humans.
3) olhomik miruhiyimut (middle one) — alphabet that is used only in olkhon (spirit city basically). has it's own punctuation and numbers.
pikatsaor miruhiyimut has a lot of characters but allows to write compact sentences, while olhomik miruhiyimut has little characters, and sentences are rather long.
romanized writing is used in olkhon too and slowly gets more popular than olkhon script, especially among youth.
eeeeh...... olkhon numbers. but olkhon slowly shifts to using arabic numbers.
i'll never get over venting in my own language. because letting emotions out + practice.
