Kel the stalker mod by Created by ChaseXavier from Nexus
I love this mod but there's no information about it so I want to share what I found:
In order to give him gifts you must try while he is walking or at night near the park nex to the community center otherwise you can't
Most of the events are triggered before 7:00a.m. I'm not sure if depends on seasons
Events:
Our character find him sniffing someone's email by the bus stop or acting weird our character suggests to think twice before becoming friends with him
He can be found near the park with a knife or our character will say that he is behaving weird
I'm not sure If this happens when you reach a high friendship level, our character will find him again sniffing email but this time is our lost email ...
Gifts:
Everything that most of the characters like, you can test what he likes by watching his portrait if his eyes are white this means he don't like it
That's all I remember for the moment, I will update if can find more
Note: You can't romance him and I still not sure if as we progress with the friendship he stop stalking his ex and start with us
I wish there were more mods with that creepy vibe, a different npc stalking our character and that we could marry him why not! Also I believe the tunnel has great potential to create something interesting! But can't create mods hopefully one day someone will create more awesome content like this mod
