I struggle to think of a way as well, also as someone with ADHD. However, maybe a TL;DR could help? It loses the nuance but a sentence or two summary may be good. Just a lot of work when you post the volume you do.
I don’t have the time to do a tl;dr for every article I post, but if for select articles/topics I could do it people are interested (but you will need to message me). I barely have enough time to run this blog as is while balancing my schoolwork.
