KUWAIT CITY, Jan 31: A prisoner Kuwaiti citizen managed to escape while receiving treatment at Farwaniya Hospital, those guarding him were referred for investigation. A case has been registered and his photo and description has been circulated to all police stations, patrols and outlets.
