Tuesday Tunes- Bad Songs Turn Golden

"Bad Songs Made Great by Brilliant Cover Artists" 

The above headline caught my eye and made me click yesterday. I spotted this tweet and blog post by Fast Company, a Minneapolis creative agency. Essentially, the post lists 5-7 songs that were horribly recorded by their original creator and thus, saved and performed much better by fellow artists. Yes, this list is terribly subjective. All music taste is. But it does highlight Jeff Buckley who "saved" Hallelujah, originally written by Leonard Cohen. However, the blog writer thinks that Joe Cocker. Hallelujah is a personal favorite of mine to use during closing postures in a yoga practice. So do you agree; did Buckley save Hallelujah from Crocker?
