I’d be lying if I said that my anxiety hasn’t reared it’s ugly head in that past couple weeks. . Sometimes I feel like no matter how hard I work, I’m never ahead. There’s never enough -- money, time, resources (etc) to accomplish my goals, OR I get down on myself because I don’t think my horses are ready to compete (Avie is the exception of course — he was born ready). . It’s like no matter how hard I hustle, it’s never enough. . Now, I know I shouldn’t feel this way. And while there may not be enough money, I'm in complete control of my time management, and how my horses ride, because I do have skills. . That said, the hollow feeling in my chest, the unexplained need to cry that hits out of the blue, the shortness of breath, those are all real. And they happen. Even when I think I've got it all under control. Maybe I need to hustle harder. Maybe I need to take a breath and realize that life happens in stages. Maybe I need to take more time to be grateful. I cognitively know that positivity shapes things in a different light, in a different way and changes the mindset. All I can say is this: I'm doing my best. . If you too experience these anxiety, you’re not alone. I don't have my shit together all the time -- just some of the time. I'm putting one foot in front of the other just like you. And somedays, those steps are shaky. .
