It would be awesome if you also supported fat people who are fat positive whether they're artists, models, activists, bloggers, or just fat people loving themselves.

Also don't forget fat POC, queer fat people and people with disabilities who are fat (and intersections of those) face different forms of fatphobia and different experiences need to be heard.

Fat people can refer to themselves however they want!

But don't enfantalise fat people as a whole when you aren't one.

If you aren't fat it would be great if you didn't refer to fat people in general as squishy or use other cutesy language to describe us.

If your partner or someone you know likes to be called a little cherubic chubby squishy baby and you refer to them as such that's all good (also similar with fictional characters etc.).

Don't just say all fat people are cute lil' precious babies (if you aren't fat), we are already considered to be incapable of self control and not able to look after ourselves so please don't perpetuate that view.
