Eat up, y’all. 💖
New here
Hey guys, Just started my tumbler with a housing search in the Columbus Ohio area. I may jus have to continue posting here after too. Little about me I am an above the knee amputee. I am also a Nutrition and Dietetic Technician Registered. From time to time I like to try new food recipes that come to my mind usually a spin from something folks may already be doing or a DIY of products that are on the shelf but you could make without buying that product.
I am going to share my adaption to a popular boxed meal that many get a little helper with. So what you need is one or two boxes of mac and cheese depends on who mush ground meat (beef, pork or chicken) 1 lbs. per box. Now just brown up your meat you can add pretty much anything to this like onions, peppers, mushrooms or spices, whatever your taste is. Once this is browned and the veg is al dente then add 4 cups of milk and a 1/2 to full stick of butter, bring to a boil. Once boiling add the mac and cheese sauce packet and noodles. You may need to add A little water to cover the noodles but not usually. return to boil and turn down heat to simmer for 12-15 minutes till pasta is slightly under done. let sit for a few minutes the sauce will tighten up. And enjoy. Serve with any other veg you would like or salad. If you want while it sets (and this is what I like to do) add extra cheese any kind. Also you could add a can of cream of mushroom soup.
Well enjoy!! Just Remember never trust a skinny cook. They don't taste the food. ;)

Now i typically do NOT buy the "fat chef" shakers, but this guy I had to make a special exception for. He is called the "shapley chef" which I immediately feel in love with. He is snuggled up against two large loaves of bread!
