Enji (Todoroki’s dad) is pushing his son into a really difficult profession like brain surgeon or high profile lawyer. Meanwhile Izuku is pursuing what he loves. (Maybe the same thing as Todoroki only self-determined, inspired by his idol All Might. Dr All Might? All Might Esquire?) When Todoroki and Izuku meet they have a hard time relating to each other and don’t talk a lot. Eventually though they warm up to each other.

Izuku notices Todoroki’s eating habits but he doesn’t judge him, especially knowing the pressure he’s under. Plus he’s starting to get a crush. Maybe Izuku wasn’t aware of his fetish before but it’s getting hard to ignore when the fatter Todoroki gets the hornier Izuku feels just looking at him. He does his best to hide it. By the end of the first year, they’re friends. Todoroki has gained over 60 pounds and they decide to room again together for the next year, and the one after that. They both decide to speed track their program. Mostly Todoroki doesn’t want to have to go home during the summer and it’s more affordable for Izuku that way.

Even then since they’re in the same long and difficult program they’re together even longer than four years. By year five Todoroki doesn’t fit in most of their room’s furniture anymore. His hips were already too impressive for chairs with arms but now his huge ass is too powerful for the other chairs too. His dorm bed is a little high to reach now that his legs are so thick. He snores now, but that’s for the best. It covers up the little sounds Izuku makes at night when he jerks off.

By now he knows all of Todoroki’s favourite snacks and buys him stuff often “just because”. Todoroki is still oblivious to Izuku’s feelings. One night he overdoes it and eats way too much. Izuku is shy as hell but he offers to massage Todoroki’s massive belly. He’s so full and it’s still so soft. He prays his best friend can’t see the bulge in his pants over the bulge of his stomach. Still his touch is so tender and loving despite how frustrated he also is that to both of their surprise they end up kissing. At graduation, Todoroki weighs over 400 pounds total and his robe fits more like a cape. His father is furious but he has his diploma and he gets to stand next to his boyfriend at the end knowing it’s all gonna be okay.
