so i know you don't watch star trek lower decks but a character that will not stop screaming aro to me is ensign sam rutherford. the boy has a date with another ensign, flirts with her in just the right way, saves her during an emergency, passionately makes out with her when they've made it to safety... and then immediately focuses on a technical malfunction a few feet away. when asked about the kiss he's like "yeah i liked it but we have REAL problems here" (said malfunction had almost nothing to do with the emergency). and then she decides to stop dating him because he's clearly not as passionate about their relationship as a minor ship malfunction djsudbakaj

i was around like straight up two years ago when you started voyager and my god. where are you. what has HAPPENED. and where in the hell of s7 are you.

i think i have like a THIRD of the last season left but we switched to watching it at the same pace that we watched tng (one or two episodes a week on a Designated Star Trek Night, and then not at all for a month or two if either of those episodes bummed us out enough)

we’ll finish it……someday?????????? ???? my job went from pretty relaxed to Very Busy All The Time Oh God, so it’s harder to carve out time for this show when every other episode is about the EMH and I kind of…. cannot stand him at this point lmao
