Rin sat at an old, worn table in the local burger joint, finishing up the load of french fries he ordered half an hour ago. He tried to ignore all of the prying eyes that glanced his way as more people entered the restaurant, not wanting to ruin his lunch break with the growing agitation they caused him. It's not that easy when you're uniform makes you stick out like a soar thumb. People tend to notice you when you seem so out of place. A cop that eats lunch, must be so surprising to the public eye. Rin felt his shoulder vibrate, as a voice on the other end of his clip on walky-talky buzzed into the air. He was given an address and a short explanation before he had to wrap up his meal and stand to leave. "Roger that," he said into his shoulder, as he threw away the rest of his unfinished lunch. Rin continued to ignore all of the silent stares he was given as he made his way toward the exit in a hurry. Rin pushed open the glass door and made a b-line straight for his cop car that was parked across the street. He stopped at the end of the sidewalk to wait for his signal continue, as cars drove to and fro along the main road. He was about to head forward when the light changed, until someone bumped into him and brought him to the ground. "Excuse me!" Rin said, standing up from the hard floor and wiping the dust off of his uniform. "Would you watch where you're...going..." Rin looked down to the younger man below him, trying to comprehend what he was witnessing. Was he going crazy or...is that his high school self?

"Why's Rin playing around with my hair.." Haruka huffs silently to himself as the redhead runs his fingers through his jet black locks. While he'd never admit it, the dolphin couldn't help but lean towards the shark. Nobody had played with his hair before, and he found it to feel pretty great to say the least.
