this one is kinda dumb ok one of my OCs (Del) is a thief and she thought she knew all about locks and one night found a kid had broken into her cellar. he didn't know who she was, either. instead of kicking him out Del started training him because "if you want to do it, at least let me show you how" 4 years later they live together because she sort of adopted him

that is GOOD STUFF though omg I love it!!! Best way to adopt a child, teach them to steal better

My OC Ralen used to be a rich af slaver in House Dres, but after slavery was abolished he kinda just did other business, but then after Red Year he got so messed up and down low that by Skyrim times he ended up living in a really shitty place in the Grey Quarter in Skyrim (talk about gaining some humility) and one time while traveling back to Windhelm from doing business in Riften, he found this Nord/Imperial kid named Trenonymous who was hiding from the Thalmor (who murdered his parents for being Talos Worshippers) and Ralen- this rude af always-frowning scary looking Dunmer with scars who grew up hating humans, was like “Shit, I can’t just leave this kid out here, guess he’s my son now” and it’s a great lesson for him of “Don’t be a racist prick” (he still kinda is tho)

You can always try it out and quit, there's no shame in it. take it slow. know it's okay if you're not perfect right away, and if offered you are obviously believed in.

You suck it up and go to work. In the long run the gained confidence and financial stability which will take care of your anxiety. Sitting at home is only going to spiral into worse anxiety the longer you avoid functioning trust me. Good luck!

I found that having a work schedule or just something to look forward to is good for keeping the anxiety away. And i've only had jobs that were terrible. I hated them but having a structure to my life was a welcome change

Thanks for the replies, all of you! That means a lot.

Coming to think of it, I honestly don’t know about the schedule - just that it’s 9 hours a week, which might be a problem if it’s not flexible, since I still have courses to attend and all. But if I could distribute the times freely (sounded like a thing that could mostly be done from home anyways) it would probably work.

But yes, sitting around at home and putting it off further and further won’t make things better :(

re game of thrones: yes you did miss something good. S06E09 start with around 26:00 that entire scene is golden. best part in all season. If you've read the books you probably won't need much context as to why Asha is there

Honestly, they are all pretty good - the one I like least is probs Darkspawn Chronicles, though, since it’s not at all story-/character-relevant. Amgarrak also doesn’t involve the characters or story of DA:O much, so you might find it less interesting, but YMMV.

I’ve heard that Stone Prisoner and The Witch Hunt are good, but I haven’t had a chance to play them yet.
