omfg I forgot to tell u all that on Friday I was one year clean of self harm!! one frickin year!!! I can't even believe it with the state I was in but looking back, I can't even believe how messy I was compared to how happy I am now. but honestly to any1 who follows me who's going through anything pls you are so much stronger than you believe; you can get through it and come out stronger!!!
