The canine nodded, yes, of course he loved art of all sort's. With his thought set in mind he'd bow his head and would tap his paw on the ground 'be right back', he'd quickly run off from whichever direction he came.

"A Dalmatian!" Eugene laughed and ran over to the dog. He was almost positive that the owner was the couple sitting on the bench watching him but they didn't seem to mind. In the midst of his excitement he even forgot to ask if he could pet the dog and just started to. "You make me want to have a pet!"

   Delsin pratically falls to his knees, wrapping his arms around the canine, not really worried that he could bite him. It's rare to see dalmatians around but a dog is a dog and he absolutely loves then. "You're so cute!", he pets the pup's head.
