Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will launch for PlayStation 5 on June 26, 2025.
Pre-orders for any edition of the game includes an early unlock of “Custom Hologram: Quokka,” as well as “Battle Skeleton: Silver (LV1, LV2, LV3),” “Battle Skeleton: Silver (LV1, LV2, LV3),” and “Bokka Skeleton: Silver (LV1, LV2, LV3).”
The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the in-game items “Battle Skeleton: Gold (LV1, LV2, LV3),” “Battle Skeleton: Gold (LV1, LV2, LV3),” and “Bokka Skeleton: Gold (LV1, LV2, LV3),” as well as an early unlock of the “Machine Gun (MP Bullets) LV1,” “Patch 70: Quokka,” “Patch 71: Chiral Feline,” and “Patch 72: Why Me?”

I got to watch Fatih Akin's new film Amrum in the cinema today - my first time in an actual cinema since Covid started.
The film is based on the autobiographical novel of the same name by Hark Bohm and is set on the North Sea island of the same name.
I was admittedly likely to have a soft spot for this regardless - I know the island pretty well, I am originally from that approximate region of Germany and we don't often get international publicity for our little part of the world - but I genuinely think it's an incredible film.
It's a historical drama about the last days of WWII in one of the most remote corners of the crumbling Third Reich, with a population that has chiefly always viewed itself as from Amrum first and German maybe a very distant second, if at all. We follow 12-year-old Nanning as he tries to make sure his family has enough to eat, while torn between love for his fervent Nazi mother and trying to belong on an island where that is only one of the things making him an outsider.
The child actor Jasper Billerbeck is astonishing in this role.
If you can find this in a cinema near you, I strongly recommend it!
I don't like the new BT's
I started drawing HiggsDoll comic and began voraciously watching bunch of whatever clips I could find of Fatih Akin for reference, and he is so much more petit than I expected and it's driving my brain crazyyyyy

It's a bit shameful that I'm swooning over him not for his films but actually for his looks when he's considered as a very respectable director, but he's still Dollman to me and I think he just looks so adorable in my eyes😭💕 He has a beautiful radiant smile. I am such a sucker for crow's feet wrinkles on people in general, and when they show on his face when he smiles it makes me so happyyyy. And the way he always wears his rings on his fingers and fiddles with them during interviews DRIVES ME INSAAANE
And one valuable thing I learned from watching all those clips is that he likes sweet popcorn instead of the salty kind. Dollman liking sweet popcorn🥺❤️ I FREAKIN LOVE IIIIIT
