Quick update
So it’s been a little while..... Left my job at the end of Feb. Half my fault for not being good enough, half theirs for not helping me be good enough. Had a holiday booked for all of April (Budapest and Trans-Siberian Railway) so no one would even interview me when I was about to go away for a month. God back and had an interview and a second interview with a place in the first week, but I didn’t have any experience in an area that they specalise in so they said no thanks. Ended up having interviews with a company I applied for the day after I left my old job, and ended up getting it! Massive company here in Australia, hopefully it all goes well. Really nice office too, will be very nice to work in (I hope).
Went for an InBody scan recently (like Dexa but better and faster) and I’m sitting right on 30% body fat. First goal is to get to at least 25%. Have also recently started the Off Season Domination program from HockeyTraining.com, one week into phase 2 so far. Weight is staying the same but numbers are moving, plus I’ve obviously put on muscle. I’ll take new measurements this week and update you, working out 4 days a week now, and working HARD. They are really tough workouts!
