Lie on your back.Then raise your right leg up.Now slowly move your hip up.So that your body lies in straight line.After doing this lower your back.Repeat this position for 1 minutes.
Toe Tap Crunch
Lie down on your back.Now move your hands to side and hold your neck.So that your elbows bend to form v shape.Now you should do crunch by moving up. At the same time,you should move your one leg faster than other.Move your another leg to tap that first leg.Move both legs and body at same time.Repeat it for 20 counts.
Tuck Crunch
Lie down on your back and hold your hands behind your neck.Bend your leg to 90 degree.Now do your crunch by moving your head,shoulder and leg at the same time.

Side Plank Pulse
Turn to your right side and hold your right hand down.Then move your hips up and down.Do this until you feel the burn.Repeat for more times.
Cross Over Plank
Get in the plank position.Raise your leg in and then to the opposite side elbow.Immediately take it back to the normal position.Do this for 20 counts. At the same time,do in opposite hand.Do this exercise for 20 counts.
