From within the brooding shadows the Ouran High school, the skies were paling with a light grey setting with the clouds and foggy day. Alois Trancy and his butler, Claude Faustus, grew nearer into the enterance of the Ouran High school. Alois was complaining about the trip seeing as how he vocally wanted to go back to the Trancy estate. Claude then kneeled down and held Alois' face to calm him down. "Young master, this is only the final day of the week to be attending this institution. You only have a few hours until the rest of the day is free." He calmed Alois with his words, and hugged him to bid farewell as he would resume his duties as an attendant. He then pinned the badge and walked over with the clipboard in hand and his pen ready to write down his own notes.
He entered into the class room he was going to be attending. Oddly enough, as he entered inside the class, as disruptive as they were, the students including the teacher looked right at Claude. "Resume your activities, I'm here simply as a guest."
As the class continued running through it's agenda, presentations based on the Middle Ages were being presented. One of them, being about the Crusades, the Holy Wars. Claude sat down assessing and listening to each presentation. To be as honest, he was surprised and was very disgusted by those who chose to do this last minute. He knew who they were. However, one student stood out amongst the crowd. His short stature, his intimidating look and white hair, and then, his own smug appearance. Claude listened to how composed this presentation was, with powerpoints, significant battles, and even the end conclusions of this wars. He knew all of them, as he was "watching" from afar. What took Claude away from this presentation was just his view on how these wars were and the concepts behind these soldiers. Never in his "lifetime", had he seen a child who was quietly someone who had views as soldiers being pawns, and understanding the repetition of war. Claude approached the boy after the presenation and after the class was over.
"Nathaniel River, I must say, astounding performance as a student. You have my admiration in your report and delivery, seeing and mentioning your concepts. My name is Claude Faustus, and I must ask, how did you realize these things at such a young age?"
